Polystar Technologies was established in 2003 after years of experience determined that new technologies and improved processes could significantly advance the application of porous plastics. Extensive research concluded that customers sought a supplier offering consistently high product quality and performance, greater responsiveness, personalized customer service, and quicker turnarounds.

From the beginning, Polystar Technologies took great pride in product quality and customer satisfaction. This is why we closely engineer and control pore size and void volume through polymer selection and process controls. Initially working with only PE and PTFE, we have steadily expanded to include over nine novel thermoplastics and a wide assortment of additives to enhance the functionality of various finished parts.

Originally headquartered in Peachtree City, Georgia, Polystar Technologies relocated operations in 2016 to Burnsville, Minnesota. In 2022, the company purchased a facility in Somerset, Wisconsin to accommodate growth and future expansion.
